I will forever be grateful that I meet Andrew. I have worked with him for 3 months now during this Pandemic and I couldn’t have asked for a better coach during these times. He has lifted my spirits and help me improve physically. My main concern was my scapula winging problem that was causing a lot of thoracic pain. I am now standing taller without any pains and without the wings flapping. Highly recommend! Thanks Andrew!

Andrew is amazing! My knee was hurting so bad, I tried everything including Chiropractor. With Andrew's guidance on the proper way to stretch and using the exercises he advised I'm happy to report I have no more knee pain!!

When I first started with Andrew, I was a broken athlete with years of wear and tear on my body through basketball. Andrew showed me how to implement an easy routine into my daily schedule, and he slowly progressed me through different techniques to help me get my body back together. Before I started with Andrew, it would hurt me to walk down the block, now I can proudly say that I remember what it feels like to walk normally again, all thanks to Andrew.
