My experience with Crissy covers both training and physical therapy. I am recovering from rotator cuff surgery and have utilized Crissy rehab expertise as well as her training skills. I have found her to be knowledgeable and professional. She has also been very supportive in helping me recover from my surgery. She is a wonderful combination of teaching skills, engaging personality and focus for getting results. She is the best trainer i have ever worked with.
