Hey, thanks for taking the time to view my profile. I'm Jonathan Sylvester! I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Sports Performance Specialist. I was also one of the first fitness professionals in the world to receive the Online Trainer Certification. I've been helping my clients get the body and results that they've always wanted for almost 10 years. Whether that means losing fat, building muscle, or focusing on strength I can help you achieve your goals. Be sure to check out my client reviews. I train 7 days per week from 5am - 9pm out of my completely private training studio located near the Bellaire/Meyerland area. I do not have any bad things to say about Jonathan! He has an awesome private gym, which is great for people like me who are too self conscious to work out in public. Every workout is different and it is completely tailored to my needs and goals. With Jonathan it isn't just a workout and go home, he keeps in touch all week to help keep me on my nutrition goals as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer, he goes above and beyond expectations.

I have been working with Jon for the past month and have seen the gains that have come on while working with him. Just in the past month alone I have gotten compliments on my physique and have felt great about that. Not only that but its backed up by objective measures as well. Jon takes measurements and we have seen increases in my muscle growth as well as decreases in body fat content. He understands what I want for my physical health and has come up with a great plan for me to reach that goal.

I've been working out with Jonathan for a little over a week now. Jonathan is very professional and has a system of working out and eating healthy that has been easy to incorporate into my life. He started out by listening to my goals and lifestyle and has crafted our program around that.
