Ashleigh was so professional from the first time we even consulted about me wanting to work out. She listened to what I was looking gain throughout my workout and had a plan already ready for when we met. I started seeing progress fast and Ashleigh always followed up with me to make sure I stayed focused and that meant a lot for me because I needed the motivation. Ashleigh is one amazing, talented lady with a drive for fitness!!! She will not disappoint you!!!

I worked with several people but Ashleigh is an outstanding trainer who walks the talk. She helped me to improve my overall muscle mass and decrease my body fat. Her pricing is very reasonable, she knows how to keep you on track, and she's fun to work with! I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants long-lasting results.
