I enjoyed 2 years of working out at Perfect Workout in Clear Lake. I was able to make significant gains in strength. In each session I was guided through a 20 minute full-body workout using various machines. Repetitions were performed slowly using strict form. The personal trainers were all great and they were very diligent about documenting progress and making adjustments to my routine when needed. Don't knock it till you try it, everyone can do it and should do it! Low injury risk, high output of results, little time, but a lot of work. It’s the safest and most effective strength training method, so our trainers complete an extensive Slow-Motion High-Intensity Strength Training Certification program that includes 5 written tests, 3 practical exams, and several hours of in location, hands-on studying.
