FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The more committed a client is to pursuing a training block (60-90 days), the more I'm able to secure preferred time-slots, include additional services (grocery shopping/delivery, how to order at a restaurant, what workouts can supplement our training)--and the more I can take off the bottom line for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial process includes discovery (family history, lifestyle factors, social network, etc.) along with body-fat testing via InBody machine, and movement screening.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a CPT through NASM, Myofascial Compression Techniques through TriggerPoint, ViPR Pro through Institute of Motion, Progressive Calisthenics Certification through Dragon Door, and Tactical Conditioning Specialist through ISSA.
