Introduction: My passion is to help people reach their fitness goals. My goal is to make your journey easy and enjoyable! I offer Personal training and Online Coaching. I train out of a fully equipped private studio (Illuminate Fitness) in Houston, TX. The studio is located right outside the 610 loop at Voss Rd and I-10. Please make sure this location works for you prior to reaching out. Pricing: 1-2 sessions per week (60 minutes/session)-$85/session 3 or more sessions per week (60 minutes/session)-$80/session and a meal plan included. Online Coaching: Includes customized meal plan, workouts, and biweekly checkins as well as updates as needed. ($225/month) All sessions are 60 minutes long. During the session we work through proper form, and lifting techniques as I guide you in pushing yourself to your full potential. My workouts are challenging but they will ultimately get you the results you want

My experience with NJ has been great from the start. He was extremely responsive and dedicated to helping me achieve my goals. He takes extra care to get to know his client and curtails his workouts to best fit each individual person! He welcomes questions and explains in detail the purpose and form of each workout, down to the muscle fiber! I highly recommend NJ for your personal training needs!   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I charge $90/session for 1-3 sessions per week. If you are interested in more than 3 one-on-one training sessions per week I charge $85/session.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I typically reach out to the client and have them complete a questionnaire about their health and fitness goals. If they are needing nutritional guidance and a separate workout plan there are additional questions they would need to answer.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am an NPC/IFBB coach for various athletes in bikini, wellness, mens physique, men's classic physique and men's bodybuilding.
