Will is a great trainer but an even better motivator in my opinion. I really enjoy our workouts and always feel inspired and leave looking forward to the next one. He is genuine and I do not feel like I’m just another client as he takes a personal interest my well being as he explains in detail why we do the plan we have detailed to meet my goals. Will is a great trainer. I have been training with will from past 3 months and I see great results. He understands the needs of his clients very well and prepares triainig curriculum accordingly. Not just teaching different work outs will also demonstrate how to use the equipments in a right way which is very important. Being a certified trainer he has got immense knowledge on workouts and explains about each work out and their outcome. WOW! I wish I met Will sooner! I've worked with a personal trainer or two in the past but Will is clearly very skilled at what he does. He noticed and adjusted details that made my training so much more effective (and safer, to be honest). What I mostly appreciate is how he gives me the RIGHT amount of encouragement: he doesn't let me slack off, but he also doesn't (annoyingly) push me beyond my ability in this stage. I begin with a health and fitness consultation to assess goals, focusing on where, what, how, and why. Where are we at? What is the safest and most effective way to proceed for my client's body type and lifestyle? What is our goal together? Is our priority to gain muscle, lose fat, or both? How will we train together? There is no cookie-cutter approach, every individual’s game plan is different. And finally, why? Why is a change necessary? Why is a change desired? The "why" is a key and critical component that clients tend to overlook, but it is often the driving force and sets the tone for how we will meet and exceed our goals together.
