Jennifer was great! Very responsive, punctual, the best priced walker I found in Houston, and flexible if our plans ever changed. Once I forgot to cancel with her when I had the day off work, she came by at her scheduled time to walk our dog and our dog was THRILLED to see her! I would have never seen them interact like that normally because I would have been at work. It was comforting to know how much our dog loved Jennifer. We only stopped using Jennifer because we moved from Houston to a new city for a new job, but I would recommend her to anybody!

Jennifer graciously came over before the job to meet my two furry kiddos, learn their routine and my expectations. She went above and beyond when she took care of them. I am beyond grateful that she was available on Thanksgiving day which allowed me to travel to my family up North. I highly recommend her! She is kind, trustworthy and highly experienced.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically do a basic meeting at the potential clients home to meet the pets. I have never had a person say they would get back to me later after the initial meeting. Usually I think they feel comfortable with me so we go over the routine and necessary details...key...alarm..etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an agribusiness major at Stephen F Austin...work a couple yrs at vet clinic/kennel...rodeo...4H..FFA...and almost 6 yrs in business now.
