- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will send you a quoted invoice offering discounts & packages! I understand the importance of creating a relationship with my clients, so I offer specialized packages with competitive rates. There are no one-size fits all options for any animal and client. We will work together in order to get your dog on a schedule that works for him/her!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you approve your quote & package, I will set an appointment as well as follow up you the day of, just in case of any emergencies due to weather, etc. I will send you my venmo & zelle information, typically for packages, I take payment up to two days before your first appointment in order to keep your reservation. I do accept cash payments as well.
