My family and friends and I loved Paul. He was a great addition to our annual Thanksgiving dinner party tradition. He will be invited back many times to come. From the initial meeting to the first songs he played at our home, I knew he was sent by God. He played a variety of genres, as the mood arose. And, as other reviewers have noted, Paul is able to read the room and play just the right songs. My favorites were “Great is Thy Faithfulness,” (reminded me of my late mother, an accomplished church pianist, too), and many from The Sound of Music. Everyone joined in singing Sweet Caroline, one of our favorites. And he kept the younger ones entertained with songs from Frozen, other Disney movies, and contemporary hits. He even played a few Persian songs by ear (!) after listening to the song on YouTube in the moment. Our guests were mesmerized. Most of all, Paul has a beautiful touch on the piano and is able to create medleys on the fly. And he has an exuberant smile and lovely outgoing personality to fit right in and join or lead the fun!! Thank you, Paul, from the bottom of my heart. I’m so grateful to God for sending you to us.

We had a pool party with 30+ guests right before Hurricane Beryl. The weather was not perfect for the pool party, but Paul was perfect for us. Paul is not only an excellent pianist but also a wonderful entertainer. My guests loved him – he played what our guests requested, and our guests sang songs with his piano. It was better than the Nintendo karaoke that we normally do. My guests also truly enjoyed chatting with him and had a wonderful time with him. Paul is genuine, friendly, and fun!   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Pricing and quotes can fluctuate based on the distance, type of the event, and the length of the event. However, the general base rate for a single-time event, such as a wedding, would be $140 an hour. If the event is a reoccurring event, discounts can apply.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Once everything is booked, we can communicate the details of your events such as any special song requests and schedules through emails and phones. I can offer suggestions for the songs (if you do not have one on top of your head), but I am here to make your day as best as possible!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a bachelor's degree in jazz piano from West Virginia University, and I have performed in many events and weddings in Texas, West Virginia, and South Korea.
