- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have an hourly rate of $59. If you ask me to complete another job other than the one I initially arrived for I will give you a flat fee for that request not based on my hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer reaches out to me on thumbtack I communicate with them to understand fully what it is that they would like done. I am honest in my abilities to complete the task to their satisfaction. I am very communicative and hard-worked person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of past experience on plumbing and handyman work.
