Pricing is based off of sqft, and also flat rates. I run $99 specials frequently. I have a general; pricing code I like to stick to, but it varies from job to job.

Always in forums, YouTube, and reaching out to bigger companies for tips and advice

Drive-ways, walk-ways, patios & decks, full house washing (siding,brick, stucco), flagstone, parking lots
