- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to always see the project personally to ensure the quote provided is solid and my customers do not need to anticipate surprises during their service or at time of payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prefer to meet in person to establish trust and confidence in trusting me with their home and properties. This also helps to alleviate pressure from new customers that also may be new to pressure/power wash services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30+ years in managing large businesses which helps in managing all aspects of my business. This provides high level of professionalism and stability as a service provider.
