FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects the level of service and results I provide. I’m not the cheapest—and that’s by design. I use PROFFESIONAL commercial hot water equipment, proper chemicals (Licensed to use), and take the time to do the job right the first time. That being said, I do offer discounts for bundling multiple areas and for customers ready to get on the schedule quickly. Most customers end up saving money in the long run because they don’t have to redo the job or replace surfaces.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding exactly what the customer wants and what condition the property is in. From there, I either review photos or assess in person and give a clear, honest quote. Once we’re scheduled, I show up fully prepared—with commercial equipment and even my own water if needed. I treat each surface the right way (not one-size-fits-all), and I don’t rush jobs. Most of my customers are surprised at how much better everything looks compared to what they expected. I always do a final walkthrough to make sure everything is 100%.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, which gives me a real understanding of how chemicals interact with different surfaces and organic growth. This isn’t just spraying water—there’s actual science behind getting long-lasting results without causing damage. On top of that, I’ve invested heavily in hands-on experience with commercial hot water systems and advanced cleaning methods.
