- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most work is priced on a flat hourly basis plus mileage. No surprise "expenses" here. Some technical work (Searching for bugs for instance) is priced as a package depending on the scope of work involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet/Talk to understand the issue and make sure expectations are able to be met in terms of the timeline and work product. Its important to get a full understanding of the factors involved. What is desired may not be the best course of action, especially if the matter will end up in court.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has over 100 years of combined investigative experience. In terms of education we have a number of investigators with Masters degrees and all investigators attend ongoing training programs in numerous disciplines.
