- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will discuss that at our consultation. I am flexible with pricing, and will prepare a comparative marketing analysis on your property to justify the appropriate sales price. My fees are a agreed upon percentage of the sales/lease price which is split between the two brokers involved in the transaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending upon which side of the contract I am representing the focus will differ. Let's schedule an appointment for a free consultation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained at Kaplan University and obtained my License from the Texas Real Estate Commission. I am a proud member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. I hold myself to the high standards and ethics of this industry. I accept all clients as individuals and will not discriminate based upon Race, Religious Beliefs, Age, Gender, Handicap or Sexual Orientation. I do this because there are people involved in all real estate transactions, from all walks of life and all backgrounds. To refrain from holding oneself to these standards will prevent one from reaching the goals of our clients. I work with integrity and honesty. I am transparent and maintain a strict filing process that has proven itself to allow me to facilitate real estate transactions to achieve the goals of all my clients.
