Josh is the epitome of Enthusiasm, Loyalty, Knowledge, Initiative, and Integrity all Marine Corps leadership traits. As an adjunct professor in the College of Business at the University of South Florida I teach and value business leaders who actually know how to run a businessand share the belief that a focus on customer service is the path to profit, not the other way around. (I would like to bottle Joshs focus on customer service and sell it on Amazon!) As a Texas ex-pat (I moved to Tampa 12 years ago) it was incredibly important to have an agent in Cypress, TX, who I could TRUST to represent me through every step in getting my home ready to sell which included numerous rounds of getting contractors in to paint, remove old and install new carpet, demo countertops for the installation of new granite countertops, subcontract lawn care and Minor Home Repair, and a final cleaning and professional photos for a superb Internet marketing presence. As a capitalist I value getting a return on my investments. While it may have been a sellers market on August 24th, theres no doubt in my mind that Joshs most excellent work led to 10 showings and 3 offers on August 25th. My home sold in less than 24 hours! Im more than pleased to have found Josh through my kid brother, Peter, who is quite jazzed to be working with EXP Realty in Tampa. Thank you for a difficult job exceptionally well done, Josh!
