FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Texas Real Estate Commission sets mandatory continuing education requirements for the Realtors in Texas. I continuously exceed the numbers of hours needed to satisfy that requirement. Laws change constantly and so do lending requirements. You need a Realtor who stays on top of this information.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a negative experience with a Realtor and knew I could do a better job helping people if I became a Realtor. Clients deserve someone willing to put their needs first. This business is about looking out for your client and not about a commission.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Before you hire a Realtor, ask these questions: 1) What are you business hours? 2) Is your commission negotiable? 3) Do you have experience with my type of transaction? (VA Home Loan, USDA Home Loan, Short Sales, Investors, Manufactured Housing, or any other detail that is vital to your transaction.)
