Dylan came within 30 mins of my inquiry. My door awning was knocked off by a flying object during the last storm leaving the holes. Dylan fixed the holes as I couldn’t afford to replace planks right now in my budget. The last picture, you can barely tell the holes were ever there. The paint touch is almost unnoticeable (of course it’s fresh so it won’t be perfect but it’s darn near!). He told me he’d do his best but I did not expect it to be this close. Great job done for sure!!!

Dylan, my roof repair technician, was extremely professional and was able to repair my roof timely. He walked me through pictures of the damage and the process of what he fixed. He was very personable and communicated with me throughout the process. I appreciate the text messages to let me know when they would arrive and reminders for appointments. Even though he was sent to inspect the damaged area only, he did a walkthrough of my entire roof to check if I had any damage in other areas. I will definitely use Prominent Roofing again.

Excellent customer service! Our roof was installed last year, and I was so impressed with the service and quality from Dylan and his team that I offered to write a review. Then life got in the way! So why write a review now? Recently, I needed a copy of my receipt from 2022, so I reached out to Kyle who was out on a job. He still responded WITHIN MINUTES and promised to send the receipt when he could get to his computer later that night. I had a copy of my receipt that same evening! You see, roofing is a job that people do once every twenty years. Failing to respond to me doesn’t mean he won’t get the work next year because I probably won’t need his services for a very long time. Yet, this is what you get with Prominent Roofing. They do what they say and then they do more. They check back to make sure there were no problems and that you were 100% satisfied. Honestly, I would never consider using anyone else when it comes to my roofing needs. They raise the bar when it comes to outstanding customer service and high quality work!
