Id hire New Haus over and over if I had to! Dave literally helped us every step of the way, especially with the financing process! He sat down, explained everything, wasnt in a rush to leave, & made sure we got what we needed. His manager, Vito came the day of the project to explain the damages found when they were replacing my roof. Super professional, but literally felt like family.. & thats exactly what I look for when hiring companies to do a job for our home. 10/10 recommend!!

On May 29, 2026 Newhaus Roofing and Construction started the day long project of replacing our old roof. Dave Herlache was our contractor and he and his crew gave us a 5 Star experience as well as a 5 star roof. The crew was on time, conscientious, hard-working, and totally professional. The roof makes us feel safe and will guard our home and everything in it. My husband I would highly recommend Dave and Newhaus to absolutely everyone. Diane and Jim Alm

This review is for Dave and his crew. They were very helpful and kind. The roof looks good, and they genuinely want to do a good job and leave you and your family in a good spot.I would recommend them in a heartbeat.We had a negative experience with change order pricing with the NewHaus office. It would be my recommendation that you read your contract and don't take the change pricing (of any company for that matter) at face value.

Newhaus Roofing did an excellent job removing my solar panels, and installing new shingles in a brown color that matched perfectly with my light tan brick and plank exterior. They showed up promptly on day two to install solar panels and complete shingles. After a few hours on the second day I had a new roof and solar panels installed and working flawlessly. Every worker performed their job professionally and respectfully. I'd hire them again with no hesitation.

NewHaus Roofing and Construction did an excellent job constructing our new roof. It is beautiful! The whole team was professional and the roof crew was great. They are fast, efficient, and careful of the property around where they are working. Awesome clean up afterward, too. I highly recommend them, especially Adam and Omar.
