- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a specific appointment times (not a window) to meet with you. You describe your roofing challenges and symptoms. We will diagnose your entire roofing system and find solutions. We will explain what we find on the Evaluation Survey. We will share your options and give you no-hassle StraightForward Pricing. Any work done comes with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If proposed work is approved and can be done then, it will be taken care of at that time; otherwise, we will schedule a time that works for you to come back and complete the work. We will solve your roofing challenges and clean up afterwards.

Everyone in our organization receives 100+ hours of online and classroom continuing education annually.
