- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies project to project. Asphalt Shingle is most economically priced. Metal is typically 2 times the price of shingle and Tile Roof is typically 3 times the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Appointment Booked, Inspection Performed, Estimate Presented, Financing Options Presented, Scheduling of Work and Work Performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are OSHA certified, Fortified Certified Contractor, as well as Owens Corning, GAF, IKO and Atlas Certified Contrator
