We had several quotes for a roof replacement and settled on URS. We found Eros to be very responsive. He kept us informed every step of the way. They were on time and finished replacing our roof in less than one day. They did a thorough cleanup when they were finished. I interviewed several roofing contractors last month. For price, service, and materials offered, I chose United Roofing Systems. Eros Filippi, the owner of the company, was a joy to work with. He was transparent in all aspects of what would occur on the day of instillation. His team arrived as promised and completed a beautiful job on the roof. They were meticulous on cleaning up the area. You would never know any heavy work was done on the house. My experience with United Roofing Systems superseded all my expectations. I am very satisfied. If you choose them to re-shingle your roof, you will be too.

I have hired United Roofing twice for my personal needs and have recommended him to at least 2 friends. We were all very satisfied with their pricing, work quality, and professionalism. Eros the owner is very good at what he does. Honest, punctual, and very professional. He'd tell you if you need a new roof or not. He is not one of those roofers that are out there just to make big bucks. I highly recommend United Roofing based on my personal experience.

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  I start with a FREE inspection and FREE NO OBLIGATION quote, even if you do not use my company you will never be asked for any money unless we do your project. Ask about my incredible prices now during the Corona Virus crisis to try and help people out during these difficult times. I offer very competitive pricing for the incredible products I offer. If you compare apples to apples I don't think you will find a better price. The quote price is what you get. No hidden fees or surprising the costs. I also have great FINANCING options and do take credit cards as a form of payment as well.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I typically love to go out and meet the customer face to face so I can thoroughly discuss the products I install on their roof and get to know the customer on a more personal level so I can satisfy their needs better. But if a customer can not be home or just wants a quote without meeting I am more then happy to do that as well.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I have been in roofing for almost 8 years now. I am recognized and certified as a ShingleMaster with CertainTeed roofing products.
