Daniel came out to fix my leak mid thunderstorm! We discussed my options and he was able to have a crew out the next day to install a new roof. Never thought it’d be that quick and simple of a process.

My husband Joel found Vista Roofing after great reviews online and we were not disappointed. They were absolutely great from beginning to finish. We had other two companies giving us a quote, which also had good online reviews. However, after Nathan came to speak to Joel and explained how the process worked, detailing price and what materials were going to be used, my husband was immediately sold. Nathan was very upfront about pricing and about the time to complete the job. His guys were very experienced, respectful and incredibly skillful. We could not have asked for a better company to change our roof! They were part of the process in the beginning, constantly in touch with their guys, and above all, were here with us to inspect the final job. Their guys cleaned up the entire property (we have 8 acres and it was very very windy on the day fo installation) and not a single nail was left behind. We could not recommend them enough!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our roof replacement pricing model is what sets up apart from our competitors. We give all of our customers the same great rates and we give you our best price, up front, period. All repairs are priced on a case by case basis. We also offer free inspections!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process usually starts with a brief phone call introducing ourselves and learning what your project needs are. We then schedule an appointment with you and one of Vista's project managers to go over our company, what we offer, and how we can execute the project for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified residential roofing contractors with GAF, CertainTeed, and Malarkey.
