Peter Whitman and his company did a great job with our re-roofing project. He met with us personally and went through all aspects of the project quote and addressed our needs and concerns. His team was careful to cover our pool and plants to not cause damage and cleaned up well after finishing. The project was completed fast and ahead of time, and would definitely recommend using him to any family and friends for their roofing needs.

Excellent service and quality work.I was first impressed that Pete arrived exactly on time, he was very professional and friendly. His crew did a great job. He was fabulous! It was so good and refreshing to work with someone that worked with us and consulted on the options and not be high pressure. He was honest. He put our concerns and needs first. He made sure after his workers were done, they cleaned up and didn't leave any debris. He got the equipment here and he was on site to make sure the workers did the job right. He made sure we had the accurate quote before he started the work. He gave us the opportunity to discuss what we wanted to do after we had the information rather than just assuming we wanted to go ahead with it. He worked fast! He was done in a day in a half! They did a really great job! We off $250.00 military rebate!!! We offer financing with no payments no interest! We can offer options to meet everybody's budget :)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need all of the customers information to initiate the process. We call the customer and or meet in person and interview the customer..we both have to want to work together and make sure we are a good fit. We create the estimate and meet in person if we have not yet met each other and review proposal along with recommendations and options.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, i frequently go to trade shows, subscribe to industry trade magazines and participate in lunch and learns.
