- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need all of the customers information to initiate the process. We call the customer and or meet in person and interview the customer..we both have to want to work together and make sure we are a good fit. We create the estimate and meet in person if we have not yet met each other and review proposal along with recommendations and options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, i frequently go to trade shows, subscribe to industry trade magazines and participate in lunch and learns.
