Used Ashly rugs to wash and restore 4 rugs for one of my clients and they did great job. Talked to the owner of Ashly and he started to educate me about rugs and he is very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this place. They are very professional and they provide great services. Also, there prices are very reasonable

Ashly fine rugs helped to clean multiple large rugs. They arrived when they said they would, helped move a very large table and explained the cleaning process for a rug that was peed on for several years by the familys dog. Upon delivery the guys were super thorough on making sure the rug was centered and exactly where we had it before.There was some permanent discoloration that we anticipated not being able to fix from *years* of the dog peeing in the same spot- ashly fine rugs brought the color of that stain from a bright almost orange color down to very subdued tan. They exceeded my expectations!

I bought a rug at an estate sale that needed be cleaned. The rug had stains and appeared gray. I have a friend that referred me to Ashly Fine Rugs. I called them up and they showed up on time to pick up and drop off the rug. Turn around time was relatively short. I asked the delivery men to unroll the rug so I could view the entire run. I was really surprised to see that every spot and all the gray areas on the rug were gone. The rug is super clean and I am very pleased. If I ever need a rugcleaned again, I will be a return customer.

I trusted Ashly to clean a much loved large Pakistani oriental which had not ever been cleaned and I must say I am so happy with the results. . The rug looks so much brighter and cleaner. Also, the pick up and drop off were effortless. . .and they knew exactly where the rug needed to be placed. I absolutely would use them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have reasonable pricing and top notch service. We are never the cheapest but always the best. The only 4th generation rug cleaner in Houston Tx.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call and schedule a pickup, our guys come over and move the furniture and remove the rugs and taking them into our plant for a full wash and remove dirt and pet stains.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
They have been trained by actual rug weaving industry professionals and know the materials they are washing.
