I am so grateful for Kristy with Immaculate Solutions for taking a huge weight off my shoulders. I was seriously pushed to complete a deep clean prior to having renters arrive within 24 hours. House Cleaning

Immaculate Solutions did an excellent job cleaning our rental house that we reside in. I am disabled and unable to clean the floors and tubs so they were REALLY BAD! And they came in here and cleaned them like brand new! And it smells so good in here. I am thankful for their service and recommend them to anyone who might be looking for service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The goal at Immaculate Solutions is to meet and exceed our customers expectations!! When working with new customers we try to find out the customers' cleaning needs and budget. Then, if given the opportunity, we try to negotiate the fairest price possible for the customer. Finally, we find out the best time to complete the cleaning, details of home, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently, I have over 8 years of experience cleaning. PLEASE BE ADVISED WE ARE NOT GROUT SPECIALISTS & WE DO NOT SPECIALIZE IN GROUT WORK. WE WIPE PLANTATION SHUTTERS, WE DO NOT SERVICE BLINDS. WE DO NOT CLEAN EXTERIOR WINDOWS . WE DO NOT OFFER LAUNDRY SERVICES. WE DO NOT WIPE WALLS. RESIDENCE OR BUSINESS MUST HAVE ELECTRICITY & RUNNING WATER OR SERVICES ARE SUBJECT TO CANCELATION.
