• All of our agents and officers are W2 employees and fully insured. Many, if not most, security providers 1099 contract their officers - leaving them uninsured. This corner-cutting is a huge liability for them, and you.
• Most of our officers are former military or law enforcement, and by virtue of having our own training school and facility - all of our officers train to advanced standards in de-escalation, lifesaving medical and weapons tactics (if armed). Our training is well above the State minimum standards required for licensing – and something our competition doesn’t offer.
• When compared to using off-duty Law Enforcement Officers, Atlas Glinn can provide comparable services, deterrence, and authorities – at a lower cost.
• If desired, we offer training courses for your company and/or your employees conducted by instructors who have trained local Houston PD/SWAT, Department of Homeland Security, Navy Seals, and many more. Course offerings include situational awareness, threat assessment, medical, active shooter response, weapons training (individual or small group), and much more.
• All of our officers are background checked and subject to random drug screening
