- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer is to first identify their true need when they contact us. We give a simple questionnaire to understand their needs, and provide quotes that are tailored to those needs. Once customer has proceeded with approval of quote, we gather other important info to get them booked into our system. The magic happens when our movers arrive and get to work.
