I asked for a diagnosis and estimate on repairs to our pool system. Dan was super thorough, tested all components involved and narrowed the issue down to two potential root causes. He also took the time to explain and show me symptoms that led him to the diagnosis of the issue and explained that we could fix the problem ourselves for a few bucks and said to give him a call if that didn’t resolve the problem. He also gave his input on the condition and life of other pool system hardware. We will definitely call Boardwalk for all future pool repair needs.

I had a great experience with Boardwalk Pools. Dan came out to inspect my pool and equipment and very thoroughly and patiently explained everything to me. As a new pool owner, I really appreciated the education. I was so impressed that I immediately hired Boardwalk for a weekly pool service and to install a new pool heater. I’m a couple weeks in and everything is working out great.

I can only choose 3 of the 5 remarks for this company, I'd select all 5 if I could so I'll tale the liberty of including value and punctuality. Tom has been great, he came out to my house when he told me he'd be there, worked his butt off to get my pool back in shape after my other pool person went MIA. BLESSING IN DISGUISE. My pool was getting overrun with algae. It took a couple weels to get things straight, but they got it cleaned up. I cannot say enough good things about Boardwalk Pools! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a pool service.
