We are a remote tax firm that is based in Texas and offer remote financial services. We pride ourselves on developing long term relationships by delivering quality results. We firmly believe that this is the best way to build trust. Client meetings are scheduled through Zoom. We use a secure portal approved by the IRS to upload and download documents. All user accounts are username and password protected. Payment is due after the return is complete and prior to e-file submission. We service all states and my prices include federal and state taxes. I was pleased with the work Patrice did in preparing my taxes. I felt that her price was very reasonable. I liked how she explained her process during our virtual consultation. Patrice's experience, knowledge, and professionalism are of the highest quality. She quickly prepared my return and found new ways to help my particular tax situation that others never told me about. Working with Patrice at Due Diligence Tax Services was like waking up and finding out you won the lottery. I had many trepidations connecting with a tax professional after not having success previously. Being a new business owner/self-employed I felt a lot of anxiety with the entire tax process. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask them questions about their needs of service. I also try to get a feel for them as a client. I provide a service but I also build relationships.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified tax preparer certification and 1120S certification.
