- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our professional fee is based upon the complexity of the work to be performed and our professional time required to complete the work. In addition, this fee depends upon the timely delivery, availability, quality, and completeness of your records.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, the customer will have to book a call with me so I can answer any questions the customer may have. Next, I would ask for supporting docs to be uploaded on our secure and trusted document website. Finally, I will call the customer back with an appointment to get your taxes all taken cared of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed and certified by IRS as an Enrolled Agent since 2017. I have been a tax professional since 2004.
