- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to create more value for the prices I charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I consult the client by answering their questions and concerns. upon giring me I send them an invite to Client Xchange which is a secure portal for uploading and downloading documents. I also send a service agreement. Upon completion of your return we go through the e-file process together. Payment is due before submission of your e-file.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have have worked as a contractor for other tax companies.
