Very professional contact and communication. Omar was exceptionally easy to work with and explained everything to my satisfaction. I accepted their bid and they came out the next day. A breath of fresh air. I had a tree split in half in a random Sunday afternoon storm, landing on my roof. I had a barrage of companies constantly coming to my door looking for the job. The salesman for EGE was very respectful and not pushy. He walked me through the right steps. Offered a very reasonable and honest estimate, and went on his way. I reached out the next morning. They came the following morning (due to storms still rolling through). They finished the job quickly, professionally, and safely. They did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards, leaving the yard and driveway cleaner than before the storm. The next morning they came back to grind the stump and complete the job.I don't wish a snapped tree on anyone's plate of worries, but if it is, I hope these guys come knocking for you!

The EGE Tree Services team did an amazing job guiding me through the process as a first-time customer needing this type of service. When I called and explained what I needed, they clearly explained the entire process over the phone and followed up with text messages that reiterated everything we discussed. They also let me know I could contact them with any questions.Even though my project was small, they were able to fit me into their busy schedule. The crew came out and cut the tree trunk down to ground level in less than 15 minutes. They returned the following morning to complete the stump grinding, which took less than 30 minutes.I really appreciated their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to take on such a small job and complete it so quickly. I highly recommend EGE Tree Services!
