- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have to come out and assess each and every tree. Sometimes clients want to send picture at times, but we do have to go and look at each tree before giving an estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to explain the process of tree trimming or full removal. Give them a warm environment where they can feel confident in our work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a young adult I made it my goal to work hard. I made sure my family had a roof over their head, as well as food on the table. As I watch my children grow up. I wanted to leave a legacy behind for them. I knew that working for someone else would not allow me to focus on my empire. I started my business with my older brother in 1995. Eventually, my older brother could not work any more so it was up to me to keep pushing forward. For some inspiration starts with an ideal, for me it started with a legacy for my family.
