Afternoon and evening appointments are discouraged with a minimum service fee that does not include evaluation of work with attention on time spent at the service call. My TV’s show better now.

I was able to get diagnosis and thanks to him we were able to determine if my TV could be salvaged and unfortunately it couldn’t be and the parts to replace would cost too much and you might as well get a new one for what the tv was worth originally. But I couldn’t have diagnosed it without his help
