I would not hire these folks again. VERY unprofessional. you think this job is just about parking cars until you get someone who does it this poorly. One of the drivers pretty severely dented a car belonging to one of my guests. They didn't point it out to the guest, but the guest saw it before leaving. The valets on site fessed up to it, took his information and he was told by the person in charge that they would make a claim and he'd be contacted by insurance. We are now 3 weeks later and my guest has not been contacted by insurance and the company has been unresponsive to my guest or to me. They had no issue communicating with me to get the job, but now I can't get my phone calls returned. My guest is now going to have to take legal action to get them to pay for the repairs. UGH. Along with all that, they were pretty shabby in their appearance and set up their key box in a very strange place then refused to move it when I asked. Use someone else. It can't be hard to get someone better than this.

No one from this company showed for our party. We paid in full prior to. People had to walk far in the rain for a wedding. I do not recommend.
