The Shaw Plumbing team (Wallace and Roy) showed up as promised and quickly diagnosed issue and proposed solution. They then went to work and repaired my broken pipe and then did a great job cleaning up and keeping the landscaping in tact. Great service and will use Shaw Plumbing again if new problems arise. My water heater went out and needed replacing. I contacted Shaw Plumbing Co and immediately received a phone call from Doug. Doug scheduled to come out then next day and once he arrived, he immediately knew what he needed to do. He quoted me a great price and explained that he could have a new water heater and pan installed the following day Dewayne showed up and immediately went to work, removing the old unit and installing the new unit. Any questions I had, both Doug and Dewayne answered. They were both patient in explaining the process and communicated next steps in future projects I inquired about. Definitely will be using Shaw Plumbing Co again. Thanks guys!
