Install of RO unit was quick and work is neat. Tech cleaned as he went and explained how he routed it. They were able to do it soon in spite of a recent damaging storm.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a variety of products to chose from and the pricing varies on the type of setup a customer is looking for. We are more affordable than most water treatment companies in the area and are very competitive on our pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a one on one conversation is preferred to determine the customers needs and expectations for their water system. We want to ensure that the customer will be satisfied for the system they are purchasing. After we determine all of the above, we will move forward with a professional looking install and walkthrough of how their new water system will function and give them clean water.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team members have been in multiple training and hands on training sessions with the WQA (Water Quality Association) training courses. Apart from these courses, we have a combined hands on experience of 10+ years on the knowledge and installation of water treatment systems.
