- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner and Lead Wedding Planner with IYC Creations is a Certified Wedding Planner through the Bridal Society. The owner is also a member of the Bridal Society and participates in ongoing continuing education and training as needed.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
a. Day of Coordination Services: We begin working with clients two months before the wedding once all vendors have been contracted. We capture their inspiration for their wedding and work with their existing vendors to ensure that every element is executed flawlessly. b. RSVP Management and Reporting: We save our clients time and money by tracking all RSVPs and reporting to them weekly. We also contact any unconfirmed guest two prior to the wedding and obtain their RSVP for our clients. c. Wedding Party Monthly Newsletters: We keep their wedding party up to date on all important deadlines, important dates, important location information, required attire, wedding party contact and any special message from the couple.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are many wedding planners and coordinators serving Houston and the surrounding areas. I think the most important thing is that you hire someone that will plan for your day and execute the details of your day like it's their own. At IYC Creations we believe that proper preparation prevents poor performance. We will plan for your day like it is our own!
