- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Houston - Downtown and just over 9 years experience directly managing commercial retail and residential properties for different firms. I am also a REALTOR® that knows a thing or two about obtaining the best curb appeal to increase the value of your home (I can help you buy and sell your house as well) A Property Manager demands a multitude of skills, a whole lot of trust and a keen sense for attention to detail. Execution, execution and execution! I have hired and fired many vendors as a Property Manager as my standards for quality work received should be the same given no matter what service it may be. I have given up my desk job to be a business owner and have enjoyed every minute of it providing quality solutions at affordable prices.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers from typical home owners to property mamagent real estate professionals who manage over 80+ properties. I enjoy meeting all walks of life as there is always a valuable lesson to be learned if you pay close enough attention.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
#1 - Ask a lot of questions. #2 - Ask the "what if..." questions. #3 - Ask the provider to comfim the job scope they are proposing. #4 - Don't proceed with any company you do not fully feel comfortable with. You have gut feelings for a reason.
