Introduction: Hi, Kasidy here! Yoga is for all and I’m here to show you how. When I discovered yoga, I was seeking an answer for chronic stomach pain. Yoga delivered effortlessly. For the first time in years I had physical relief in my stomach. As time went on, I’ve used yoga to build strength and flexibility in my body. And I use it to bring mindfulness to my world, to reduce stress, and live a happier, healthier life. Think less anxiety, less stress, less pain, more joy, purpose, peace, and fun.
