They best and easiest company to work with from a vendor perspective. They are very quick at getting bids, and also at performing the work or task at hand in a timely matter as well. The quality of work is always top notch, and they typically beat the pricing of other vendors bidding to do the same. They are truly 5 star in my mind, and all my REO and rehab work goes to them.

Dave's company handled evictions, cleanup and monthly maintenance on bank homes. He was always very prompt in response and handled things very professionally. Quality of work was excellent. I can not think of anything Dave could have done better in his services in helping me on my properties.
