- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive and based on the total square footage and the level of cleaning required. I’m proud to offer a ‘Neighbor Discount’ for multiple houses on the same street booked for the same day, as well as discounts for repeat seasonal maintenance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a clear walkthrough (in-person or via photos) to understand your specific needs. I provide a transparent, line-item estimate so there are no surprises. Once scheduled, I arrive on time, prep the area by protecting plants and outlets, and perform the service. We finish with a final walkthrough together to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with the glow-up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent extensive time researching industry-standard detergents and surface-safe pressure levels. My training is hands-on, built through successful projects across the neighborhood where I’ve mastered the best techniques for concrete, wood, and vinyl.
