We offer award-winning outdoor group fitness services. Camp Gladiator is more than a fitness boot camp; it's an experience. Created by American Gladiator grand champion, Ally Davidson, Camp Gladiator has become the fastest growing and most dynamic fitness program in the nation. Camp Gladiator is a four-week adult fitness boot camp that promises a motivating and challenging environment where men and women of all ages and fitness levels can push themselves. Campers should expect a total body workout. A typical session could include interval training, sprint and agility drills, stations, plyometrics, bodyweight strength drills, cardio mix, and much more. Camp Gladiator is designed to increase your functional strength, speed, stamina, and most importantly, to deliver results. Purpose of the Fitness Nutrition Challenge Group: The purpose of the group is to learn and practice the fundamentals of nutrition and movement. This will result in fat loss greater energy, vitality, and ever-increasing states of health and well being. In short, to reach your goals!

I attend Camp Gladiator with Josh as a trainer. Work-outs are 1 hour in length several times per week. Josh puts a great deal of time into planning a challenging, fun, and beneficial work-out each session. No work-out is ever the same, but our gain is largely apparent. Josh monitors each camper well, and provides immediate, clear feedback on each and every exercise or activity. He is well-prepared with modifications and motivating strategies for those with injuries or who struggle for any reason. The energy that he brings is contagious and leaves us excited about working out. I love that he plans and implements contests and challenges regularly. I have also attended his Nutrition Class and I have just signed on for Shakeology. Josh was persistent in a respectful and professional way in following up on both the class and the Beach body program. He keeps me motivated and focused. He takes good notes and doesn't forget our discussions or our goals. Josh is proficient in using social media and a variety of means to communicate and notify us regularly. He is passionate about what he does and is organized, prepared, and flexible. He is a true professional.

Joshua Hodnett has been my weight loss coach since February 2012. Joshua is a coach, friend and mentor all rolled into one. He not only shows you the tools you need to succeed, but provides support in the form of a challenge group. He not only provides invaluable information to his clients about weight loss, but about personal development. His goal is to help others become the best they can be. He has a true passion for what he does and is able to work with his clients in both an individual and group setting. Joshua is able to offer advice and information to each individual depending on where they are in their journey. In my opinion, anyone needing a coach could not go wrong in choosing Joshua Hodnett.

I have just started my third camp with Josh Hodnett as the trainer. I’m already stronger and have more endurance. Josh is very welcoming to new campers but not too overwhelming. His class always starts on time and you don’t stop moving for the entire hour. Josh is eager to share his passion for fitness and to share his knowledge about nutrition and stretching. Josh has a good command over the class and is able to adapt workouts for large or small groups. He doesn’t hesitate to offer form corrections but is always supportive and encouraging. Josh is an excellent trainer. His class is tough but I highly recommend this class to all fitness levels. Each class combines fat-burning cardio with muscle-building strength training exercises. You will not resist making healthy lifestyle changes while working with Josh!
