Created by American Gladiator grand champion, Ally Davidson, Camp Gladiator has become the fastest growing and most dynamic fitness program in the nation. Camp Gladiator is a four-week adult fitness boot camp that promises a motivating and challenging environment where men and women of all ages and fitness levels can push themselves. Campers should expect a total body workout. A typical session could include interval training, sprint and agility drills, stations, plyometrics, bodyweight strength drills, cardio mix, and much more. Camp Gladiator is designed to increase your functional strength, speed, stamina, and most importantly, to deliver results. Purpose of the Fitness Nutrition Challenge Group: The purpose of the group is to learn and practice the fundamentals of nutrition and movement. This will result in fat loss greater energy, vitality, and ever-increasing states of health and well being. In short, to reach your goals!

I needed a trainer who would help me focus and become educated about what it would take to lose 50 pounds. Joshua is very knowledgeable and stresses the importance of not just the physical aspect of weight loss, but also the need to incorporate mental training to handle the emotional aspects of weight loss. He also facilitates a Facebook page for his "group" where you receive guidance and encouragement. His requires you to "check in" and be accountable regarding your workouts, nutrition and water consumption. A nice bonus to this process is you develop a rapport with others in his group as well, which I have also found to be very supportive. I'm happy I selected Joshua and am looking forward to achieving my goals with his assistance.

Camp Gladiator has been a great training choice so far! Joshua was such a huge help in finding the right location and following up to make sure I was satisfied with the instructor and the classes. The workouts are fast paced and challenging which is exactly what I was looking for. I couldn't be happier about my decision to join Camp Gladiator!!

Josh teaches the Camp Gladiator class I regularly attend at Bob Eden Park in Euless (he also has a class at Chishom Park in Hurst). He is enthusiastic and supportive no matter your fitness level. He changes his workouts constantly and makes them fun and challenging for all levels. You definitely get a good workout and get every last minute of your time from Josh as he pushes you to do your best the entire hour of class. I would highly recommend Josh to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and passionate coach for training and fitness.

His workouts are amazing it was my first time going it gives the body a good challenging but fun work out.i enjoyed it very much and recommend alot of people to trying cause it will give u great results.
