I loved working out with John! He really taught me so much. Prior to this, I never really worked out before or got any help with training. He thoroughly took his time to teach me a lot of different exercises to work out different muscles in my body. He was very professional and seemed like he enjoyed and valued what he was doing. The quality of his work proved itself when I saw results in my own body! I would definitely recommend John to anyone and everyone interested in training. He’s one of the best trainers out there and I’m so glad I was able to learn from him! He went above and beyond meeting my expectations!
