TJ with TLP replaced the motor on our pool pump 2 years ago. Very happy with the whole process from talking to the office and the onsite repair. Will definitely use TLP if again if I need po equipment repairs.

Chris and TJ were exceptional I only wished that I would have known about them prior to purchasing my spa, I have a Strong spa that I purchased at the state fair through Mattress Firm I will Never make that mistake again. I highly recommend Texas Leisure Pool and Spas

Texas Leisure did my weekly pool maintenance for over a year, I have to say that the service was never great. Tech attrition was constant and most techs were not very knowledgeable, instead their visits were often very routine and not proactive to the issues the pool had, for example algae. Consequently my pool often times had algae. Moreover sometimes the technician was sick or did not come, nonetheless they charged the same amount. The last communication I received from them was announcing a 40% increase in service cost. Based on my experience I do not recommend this company. This picture is the result of their weekly cleanings, the broken tile is a result of their tech stepping on the tub wall with boots.

Oscar, I'm sorry you would not recommend us as your pool company. Please understand that we are at your house 1 day a week out of 7. If we missed days all you had to do was make a call. We would prorate the amount or give you a credit. You never complained until we had to raise our prices to industry standard. Hope you find a company that will make you happy.

We charge an initial diagnostic fee that is charged on the first trip. There will be additional charges for labor and parts.

17 Years in service and factory trained and certified hot tub technician. CPO certified and CPT certified pool tech.
