She was great in understanding what I wanted and fast. The balloon arch came loose the next day but she came back and fixed it. She also gave a free balloon arch as a compensation. Excellent customer service!!

Nazia was very responsive and was great to collaborate on what decorations to feature at our anniversary party! She and her team were very punctual and were set up plenty of time before guests arrived.
