- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing on all heating and air conditioning repairs and replacements. We offer financing on replacements and offer discounts to seniors and veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customers reaches out to us, we understand that they are looking for a provider that can listen and help with there concerns. That is why we offer same day service in most cases and are upfront with our pricing. No hiding fees and no overtime charges EVER! Once we have discovered and addressed our customers concerns we will send one of trained technicians to there home to fully diagnose and formulate a solution for the customer. We have flat-rate pricing so that means our customers will always pay the same price for the giving repairs needed. No making up charges on the spot. Our customers enjoy the convenience of paying with credit card, checks and or cash for any service needed. We dont just say 100% satisfaction guarantee just to say it. We want to make sure our customers are always happy, that is why we follow up to ensure we provided the absolute best service possible. If we have failed to and can not make it right with our customer we will refund 100% of their money! No questions asked
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians complete yearly continue education from the state of Texas and our manufacture partners to insure we are always up to date with state, local and manufacture codes.
